- All weekly rental rates include the 7th night FREE.
- Ask your Reservation Specialist about FREE nights available during spring, early fall, fall & winter seasons in
specific properties.
- Length of Rental
- Some minimums apply during summer and peak summer seasons.
- Properties restricted to “weekly only” must be rented Saturday to Saturday.
- Monthly reservations are available October through February and rates include utilities.
- Monthly reservations are not available in March, however the early portion of March may be rented at a discounted weekly
rate, if also renting January and February.
- Security Deposit
- Deposit is payable via MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express at reservation time. “Check-by-Phone” is available
at reservation time, for a nonrefundable fee of $30.
- The security deposit is NOT refunded after departure because the deposit amount is applied to the RENT upon arrival.
- Multiple weeks require an additional deposit.
- Taxes and Fees
- A $30 nonrefundable processing fee, to cover expenses associated with the initial reservation, is due at reservation time.
- Lodging tax 11.5%.
- Departure fee is $74.00 Cleaning fee.

- Rental payment (including all taxes and fees) is due 14 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or Check-by-Phone.
Confirmation- A written confirmation listing rules, regulations, dates of visit and property information will be mailed
to you after your security deposit is processed. Carefully CHECK your confirmation for accuracy and call (800.487.5959)
immediately if any corrections are necessary.
- Cancellation or Date Change
- 14 days notice for condominium rentals
- 90 days notice for monthly rentals
- Cancellations or date changes occurring less than stated notice will cause SECURITY DEPOSIT to be forfeited,
unless equivalent revenue is generated for the time period.
- Rental Occupancy
- The maximum number of occupants allowed in the property at any one time is six. (Exceptions for infants under age 2 only.)
- Atmosphere conducive to quiet enjoyment of guests in surrounding accommodations must be maintained.
- Only responsible adults of legal contractual age may contract for rental. Identification must be furnished upon request.
- No sororities, fraternities, schools or civic groups allowed.
- Absolutely NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.Violations are grounds for eviction and forfeiture of rent.
- Check-In
- Where: Gulf Shores office (1585 Gulf Shores Parkway - Hwy. 59) open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
- When: Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m.
- Note: Check-in begins at listed times but cannot be guaranteed. Property must be clean prior to release of
keys for occupancy.
- Check-Out
- Where: Return keys to any Meyer Real Estate office.
- When: 10:00 a.m.
- Departure responsibilities include:
- Leave property reasonably clean
- Leave kitchen items (dishes, cookware, etc.) clean and returned to their proper place
- Dispose of all trash in proper outside containers
- Lock all doors and windows
- Future Reservations
- Tentative future weekly reservations for comparable dates may be made in person or by phone (251.968.7516 or
800.487.5959) prior to midnight on the date of your departure. Tentative reservations are subject to availability and rental
rate. Consult your Reservation Specialist for special tentative future monthly reservation procedures.
